Edilsy Vargas was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, on July 18, 1989. Her mother, Carmen Rodriguez (Kirsy), was a computer systems engineer; and her Father Eddy Vargas was a Master of construction. Her stepfather Victor Rodriguez who raised her from age of three was an accountant.
