Paul Savage was born in East Rochester New York on January 19th 1962 to Douglas and Eyvonne Savage. The family moved to Orlando Florida in 1972. He attended Lake Brantley High School graduating in 1980. In January of 1981 he enlisted in the United States Navy becoming a Cryptologic Technician.
