Born and bought up in Jammu, Neelu Dogra completed her Diploma in acting from the National School of Drama (NSD) in New Delhi. She was a pass out from the 1999 batch. She started her career with theatre in 1993 and has since acted in various Plays/Television/ Web Series and Media.
