A theatre artist hailing from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Vishal Parpagga is also a music enthusiast. While he made his acting debut in 2017 with the drama Saanjh, he simultaneously studied at the Government Degree College in Mandi, pursuing his bachelor`s degree in music.
