Taj is an episodic series based on the life and times of the Mughal Dynasty. It is a multiple-episode per season show, run over six seasons, dramatizing the rise and fall of the various generations of the Mughal Empire. Every facet of the show brings out the contrasts inherent in that era, pitting: Lavish luxury against gritty consequences. Passionate love stories against cold treachery.
