    It's not a horror movie, but watching it late at night would terrify you. It has a bit haunting element. The Indian cinema should feel proud that it has a genius filmmaker like Abhishek Chaubey. He greatly translates the message of Shyam Benegal's type of stories with a Quentin Tarantino's type of filmmaking. Sonchiriya can confidently stand along with another Chambal-based 'Bandit Queen'.
