Shekhar and Suman are set to tie the knot the following day. Shekhar seems overly enthusiastic about the arranged marriage, but just before the sangeet sandhya ceremony, Suman discovers that Shekhar is not in love with her. Heartbroken, she decides to call off the wedding.
The second half of the movie is about how the bride and groom`s family get embroiled in their argument and how Shekhar attempts to persuade her that he truly loves her and wants to marry her. What made Suman feel that Shekhar is not in love with her? What happens next, leads to a rollercoaster laugh riot.
