A 3,000-year-old statue, stolen from an international museum, lands in Gujarat and falls into the hands of two pickpockets, Nagda and Pintu, who trade it to hotel owner Dhanraj to cover their food bill. When they discover that the government is offering a reward of fifty lacks for the statue, they decide to steal it back from Dhanraj's old mansion. Meanwhile, two unemployed friends, Raju and Santosh, dressed as policemen, arrive at the mansion to steal jewelry. When Raju and Santosh encounter Nagda and Pintu, they learn about the valuable statue and join the hunt. The two groups, each trying to outwit the other, face various comical challenges. To complicate matters, Dhanraj's psycho daughter, Phoolmati, frightens them by taking on different forms. Will the four thieves find the statue? What happens next in this chaotic quest?
