Vikram witness the murder of a police officer when he goes to complain about it Inspector Kansingh Tewra puts him behind the bars accusing him of murder.Next day Kiran fiance of Vikram reaches police station to bail him Kansingh doesn't agree to this but bails him due to pressure from student power. Vikram's older brother Ramu a military officer falls in love with Phulwa and is soon to be married.But Kansingh and Inspector Dholi kill his father and brutally rape his sister leading to her death.Vikram and Ramu attack Kansingh at the police station but Ramu gets killed and Vikram swears to revenge on murders of his family.
